We identify possible development opportunities. Our team are always on the lookout for opportunities to develop land whether it be an old house in need of modernisation to parcels of land for new homes to be built upon.
Once a piece of land has been identified and contact made with owners we then work with our team of Architects and planners to work out how to best utilise the site whilst working within local policy.
From the initial sketches we are able to work out end values for properties, known as the Gross Development Values (GDV). We use the GDV to work back to a land value.
Once we have a Land Value we put our offer forward to the Landowner, if agreeable we then sign an Option agreement for a set period of time, usually a period of 9-12 months is preferential to enable us time to get necessary surveys and drawings completed to allow
Once we have achieved a planning consent, we will then look to set a date for completion. We work in close communication with Land owners to ensure they are able to plan accordingly for their future.

We work in close partnership with local and national land agents, planning consultants and architects to ensure we are offering our investors the best possible opportunities.
